You should read Wikipedia:Notability, and then if you still think the subject is notable add sources to the article to show that (INC's homepage won't do, give one or more specific page there that mention the subject). Following that, you should respond on the Articles for deletion page. You also haven't responded to the Conflict of Interest section above. I just read your response on the AfD.
