Re:LA satelite image - cleanup request

It should be a .png because there's text in it, unless it's actually a photo. Sorry about not using a more specific tag. Theshibboleth 18:59, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

Well it is a bit difficult. Maps are supposed to be PNGs, but that's really for maps that are diagrammic, not satelite images. To me though, it seems like whenever you have text in an image (unless it's really a photo) it should then be a PNG image. Is the image a screenshot or a photo? If it's a photo, then it definitely should be a JPG. Theshibboleth 22:12, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

ClF₅

Hi I am the one that deleted the ClF5 image. Sorry - I restored it. I thought that the molecule would not stop rotating. At WE chem several folks has agreed to not include image of molecules that rotated or moved without stop because these images often contribute little new knowledge and they are distracting to serious readers. So I thought that yours was of that category, incorrectly. Cheers and keep up the excellent work that you do. --Smokefoot 23:51, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
