Every administrators deleting the official Bangladesh Football Federation logo from their all National Football Team pages

Why everyone is deleting Bangladesh Football Federation.svg logo from their national team pages while every football nation like India, Brazil, Argentina are still using? Aren't those teams using the same non-free content? Even the logo of Bangladesh Football Federation.svg on the Bangladesh national team in Bengali Wikipedia (https://bn.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%A6%AA%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%B0%E0%A6%A7%E0%A6%BE%E0%A6%A8_%E0%A6%AA%E0%A6%BE%E0%A6%A4%E0%A6%BE ) is still using. So, why can't we use this same logo in English Wikipedia? Each individual Wikipedia project is separate and distinct from other Wikipedia projects when it comes to its policies and guidelines. Content (text and images) added to English Wikipedia needs to be in accordance with English Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Since English Wikipedia is the biggest of all the projects with the largest editing community, other language Wikipedias sometimes have policies and guidelines that are quite similar in some cases but can also be quite different in other cases. I don't know what Bengali Wikipedia's policies and guidelines related to non-free content use are, but they are irrelevant when it comes to English Wikipedia. It makes no difference how many Bengali Wikipedia articles the file is being used in when it comes to English Wikipedia. Bengali Wikipedia policy may be different or it might not be being enforced as rigorously as English Wikipedia's policy is, but the reason for any differences don't matter and don't prove anything.
All non-free content use on English Wikipedia needs to satisfy its non-free content use policy; files that don't satisfy this policy generally end up deleted or removed depending on the circumstance. In this case, the discussion at Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2022 December 14#File:Bangladesh Football Federation.svg reached a consensus that the file is OK to use in the parent article about the federation, but not OK to use in child articles about individual teams. The administrator who closed that discussion, Whpq, is the one who originally removed the file as can be seen here; subsequent removals by bots and others were only done in accordance with the FFD consensus after the file had been inappropriately re-added. Now, if you disagree with the consensus reached at FFD or have questions about it, please follow the guidance given in WP:CLOSECHALLENGE. You might also want to check the responses you received to the discussion you started about this at WP:AN#JJMC89 bot deleted the Bangladesh Football Federation logo from their National Team pages (both men & women) as well since they also explain why the file was removed. -- Marchjuly (talk) 10:06, 1 January 2023 (UTC)

Question from Aahooheeh on User:Aahooheeh/sandbox (13:45, 17 January 2023)

I can't put images in my phone pls fix this --Aahooheeh (talk) 13:45, 17 January 2023 (UTC)

Hi Aahooheeh. I don't quite understand your question or how it relates to Wikipedia. Are you asking how to add images taken with your phone to your user sandbox? If that's what you'd like to to know, try taking a look at Wikipedia:Uploading images or Help:Introduction to images with Wiki Markup/1 for some general information because images intended to be used on any Wikipedia page need to first be uploaded to Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons. There are, however, lots of restrictions places on the kinds of images that can be uploaded and these are explained in the two information pages I've linked to above. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:56, 18 January 2023 (UTC)
I cant upload to my phone Aahooheeh (talk) 10:50, 18 January 2023 (UTC)
@Aahooheeh: Once again, I don't understand what your question has to do with Wikipedia? If you have a question about Wikipedia, then perhaps I can help you. If you're having problems with your phone that have nothing to do with Wikipedia, then I suggest you try to contact whoever sold or gave you the phone and see if they can help you. You can also try searching the Internet to see if you can find any information about your phone. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:07, 18 January 2023 (UTC)

The Second Hundred Years (TV series).jpg

Hello, apparently you are (IMO rightfully) just contesting the use of the image in the Arthur O'Connell page, but actually I uploaded the image just for the TV-series, it was another user who recently created the rationale to justify its use in the O'Connell page, and the immediate effect of your template would be the image deleted in 7 days and then removed not just from the O'Connell page but also from the Second Hundred Years (TV series) page, where the use of the image is not contested. It seems to me a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater and not the correct way to proceed. Cavarrone 07:02, 11 January 2023 (UTC)

@Cavarrone: The template I added to the file’s page is only related to the article about O’Connell and not the TV program. I thought that was clear in the reason given for tagging the file, but I'll check again. As for the use in the article about TV program, you might want to check MOS:TV#Image because generally only appropriate image for the main infobox of such articles is considered to be the a screenshot of the title page of the show. Images of cast members aren't really used in the main infobox. — Marchjuly (talk) 12:41, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
And you know what? The image was deleted, and I was right you had improperly tagged it. Cavarrone 18:57, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
No, you're weren't right since I didn't improperly tag the file. If you read the {{di-disputed non-free use rationale}} template I added, you would see that it says "the file will be deleted or removed from some uses" (underlining added by me). In addition, as soon as I saw the file had been deleted, I asked the administrator who deleted it for clarification at User talk:Explicit#File:The Second Hundred Years (TV series).jpg. Two things are possible here: (1) a mistake was made by the deleting administrator or (2) the deleting administrator assessed the other non-free use of the file and determined that it too didn't satisfy relevant non-free content use policy or guidelines. As I pointed out above, cast photos are generally not considered OK to use in the main infobox of articles about TV shows per MOS:TVIMAGE (the link given above was slightly incorrect so my apologies for that); they're sometimes used in the body of article in sections about the cast of the show, but an a image of the intertitle of the show is usually used in the main infobox. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:26, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
Actually I considered and still consider it an improper tag both because the text was verbose, confusing and unclear (the perfect recipe for a deletion) and also because you could have more simply boldly reverted to the improper additional rationale and use of the file from O'Connell's page. I was tempted to fix the tag rationale or be bold myself, but in the end I said to myself "he's so sure of himself, let's just see how it turns out", only to see that it ended as I expected. Side note about case 2, it would be the first and only case a file gets basically speedy deleted without discussion (and after 7 or 8 years of use, not less) not because it didn't satisfy relevant non-free content use policy (as it complied with every point of WP:NFCCP, and in that specific case, as a screenshot featuring the main actors of the series, it had as much or perhaps even more contextual significance than a simple title screen), but because it didn't fulfil a manual of style preference towards another type of image. Btw so be it, I knew from minute one the file with that tag was dead on arrival, so case closed. Cavarrone 23:28, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
Maybe it would be best to wait and see how Explict responds before doing any more considering. Deletions aren't final per se and they can always be reviewed if further discussion is desired. -- Marchjuly (talk) 23:50, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
