Discussion of Tailsweep[edit]

I am deleting the article on Tailsweep, not because of the advertising concerns, but because there is no indication that the article asserts importance in any way (see Criteria for Speedy Deletion #A7). You seem to feel that simply because other articles exist at Wikipedia that bear some random commonness to this one, this article should be allowed to exist as well. You should read WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS as well as wikipedia policies and guidelines on: notability, writing about companies and creating your first article. Thank you. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 19:26, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree on most of your input. However I disagree that my main concern about the existence of the Tailsweep was purely because other similar companies/categories existed. It was bad argumentation from my side agreed. I should have filled the page with more untainted info before publishing it. The phenomenom of blogs (and wikis, forums etc) as increasing power factors are an increasingly interesting subject. The supporting economic facilities (like Tailsweep) is pushing this process further at the gates of tomorrow. Anyway perhaps in a few years from now the article will exist on Wikipedia again.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcusherou (talkcontribs)

Tell you what... Create the article again here User:Marcusherou/Tailsweep. You can create pages under your own userspace as a means of working on it until it is ready for the main Wikipedia space. Such work is still subject to basic wikipedia policies against advertising WP:SPAM and the like, but that way you can take your time creating a better article, so it won't get deleted. Once the article is in a working format, drop me a note on my talk page, and I will undelete the article so we can put this one in its place. If you need ANY more help, let me know. Oh, and don't forget to sign all of your talk page messages by putting 4 tilde's like this: ~~~~. Thanks, and if you need ANY help at all, drop me a note on my talk page and I will be glad to help out. Later. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 20:01, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I also added the general welcome template to the top of this page. Its got LOTS of good links to places to help you learn your way around Wikipedia. Later... --Jayron32.talk.contribs 20:05, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I will obey and learn :)— Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcusherou (talkcontribs)

You could start by signing your name... :) J/k... it takes some time to learn the ropes at Wikipedia. We all made the mistakes you are making when we first started. Good luck to you, and I meant it when I said I would help out. Just let me know, and I will see if I can be useful. Don't forget, on talk pages, use four tildes like this: ~~~~ to sign your comments. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 20:13, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
