It was my understanding that by being honest, and providing truthful information, that it was welcomes by Wikipedia (at least, that's what your counsel has been routinely advising me). I'm not sure why you would then send me this message, when I have been doing exactly as instructed by your legal counsel).

It seems this is the latest in a long list of accounts that edited Wikipedia to promote Evans. Technical evidence links it to previous accounts that have been blocked. Thus we had to conclude that you are a blocked user who created a new account to evade the block. That is not permitted and will see the new account blocked, too (see also WP:SOCK.
