It was my understanding that by being honest, and providing truthful information, that it was welcomes by Wikipedia (at least, that's what your counsel has been routinely advising me). I'm not sure why you would then send me this message, when I have been doing exactly as instructed by your legal counsel).

It seems this is the latest in a long list of accounts that edited Wikipedia to promote Evans. Technical evidence links it to previous accounts that have been blocked. Thus we had to conclude that you are a blocked user who created a new account to evade the block. That is not permitted and will see the new account blocked, too (see also WP:SOCK. This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below.
