Please do not create, maintain or restore hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Eddie Van Halen. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Continued disruption will be met with being blocked from editing, or other sanctions. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you. Quite an ironic userpage, I'd say. Oshawott 12 ==()== Talk to me! 06:58, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon I do have evidence of Eddie Van Halen's death being a hoax, but it does sound a bit ironic. I was not restoring or drafting a hoax, so leave me alone, guys. Thanks to your incompetence, you don't know what I'm trying to do. I want to make Wikipedia a better encyclopedia, thank you very much Binksternet. What a weird username you have, but I will not question or contradict you, as I do not wish to. Please do not contact me again, but thank you for your time here. • I bet you are the same bona fide guy that got roasted by Wolfgang Van Halen for the same stupidity and lack of respect for his father's death. Keep up messing with him on Instagram. This shit ain't gonna fly here on Wikipedia. Ibaman (talk) 09:58, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Adding this to Ed's Wikipedia page, there's no way you're not trolling us. And no way am I talking to Wolfgang, his son, and I am not the guy who got roasted, thank you very much, Ibaman! I'm sorry but you're speaking a tonne of gibberish. Please don't contact me again because you're pathetic, not here to build an encyclopedia and manifestly incompetent. Leave me alone and stop trolling on Wikipedia pages. Thank you, and remember, please do not contact me again. Good day. MarkTheGoodWikipedian (talk) 16:03, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent disruptive editing and block evasion.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  -- LuK3 (Talk) 16:39, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I have not evaded a block because I know attempting to sockpuppet/sockpuppetry is banned on Wikipedia. I am not being rude but you don't know what I am trying to do. I am trying to make Wikipedia a better encyclopedia for editors, I am trying to be a good Wikipedian and not disruptive. Ibaman is trolling me, other Wikipedians and pages that editors such as myself are trying to prevent from being repeatedly vandalised by him. Even though I am not a sockpuppet, I know what I have been blocked for, but I am trying to be the editor that shows other editors who I am. I myself am trying to prevent vandalism and trolling by bad contributors, such as Ibaman, who keeps repeatedly vandalising Wikipedia pages, abusing multiple accounts and using offensive language. He needs to be blocked because of the destruction he has caused on Wikipedia, and he is plainly just trolling us. I reported him to NinjaRobotPirate, but nobody has accepted the report. He might be a sockpuppet of an unknown blocked user, but me being blocked is unfair and the reason was untrue because I am not disrupting Wikipedia, it is Ibaman, the vandal who started it. Thank you. MarkTheGoodWikipedian (talk) 17:20, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Please read WP:NOTTHEM. I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. — O Still Small Voice of Clam 17:32, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
