If you believe that your Wikipedia account is compromised, you can change your password if you have a valid email address. If you do not have a email address associated with your account, you can add your email address and confirm it. The Wikimedia Foundation is not responsible for any damage or defects to products not affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation, if your mobile phone may be hacked.
