Go see Hegwm's edits of 22 Oct. Not only has he stuck he issue back into the article without responding to the mediation that that started, he's put cite tags on sentences that already have citations. This stuff and he need to be stopped now. Rlevse 11:49, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for the notification. Because he has not objected to me serving as a mediator, I have accepted this case. Hopefully this will bring your disagreement to an end and create a final solution that is acceptable to those on your side of the issue, and him as well. Markovich292 05:14, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

Project

I noticed you have the Scouting project tag on your user page, but weren't listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Scouting#Participants_and_primary_areas_of_interest, so I listed you. Please let me know if I was being too bold, I was merely trying to be helpful. Sumoeagle179 19:10, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Another

No problem and thanks for helping. I think you've done a good job at being neutral. We have another re Boy Scout in case you're interested. We have two and we've never had one before. Go figure. Rlevse 23:30, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

Kudos:

Peter Vasiljev: Thanks for your contributions to the Aria article! It's great to see on of my favorite bands on Wikipedia!

Srebrenica massacre

Hi, I scouted the members of the Wikipedia: Neutrality Project and decided contact you with my 'case' because of your profile (you listed "Swedish ancestry"). Anyways, I am currently editing the Srebrenica massacre article which I believe has a large number of POV issues (some of the more pressing ones I have listed on the Talk page under Disputed issues). As you will see from the Talk page raising these issues has resulted in a massive attack (I find no better word) from the Bosniak editors of the article, who, for obvious reasons, feel very strongly about it. Sometimes I'm thinking they're more interested in turning it into a memorial of the massacre than an article about it.

I though I would contact you for some suggestions on resolving the conflict (the Bosniak editors won't even acknowledge that there is a POV conflict and have deleted the POV tag several times) or, at least, finding some kind of compromise. What do you say?KarlXII 16:05, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi, Thank's for your reply. Yes, I believe that greater third party involvement would be good as the editing of the article is now very much stuck in a rut. At least I think it would be good if we could set up some kind of process to systematically resolve all of the edit conflicts going on. Currently it is all very unstructured (I have tried to create some structure to my issues by listing them here). Unfortunately, the current editor seems to have gotten a bit fed up (who can blame him) and sort of left the article to itself. Your involvement would be much appreciated.KarlXII 08:47, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
