I created a page for a school facility called Thinnox design academy, to give people further knowledge on what we do and who we are. I'm taking information from OUR website so you guys keep tearing it down because of plagarism. I wrote the things on the website and would like them to carry on this wikipedia page. My previous account, thinnoxschool, was blocked from posting because of the constant miscommunication you guys are relating to the page. How do i create this page without it getting torn down, while posting informtion from our website? It was torn down by Orangemike but now i'm no longer able to contact him about it. Would love some answers on when i can get this page up with the past information I had already set up on the account. Marlainadangelo (talk) 15:49, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have to forward permission by the author to OTRS. All relevant templates, emails and details are at WP:CONSENT. Let me know if you have further issues. -- DQ (t) (e) 16:35, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
A bit more: :OK. First - you can't use material straight from any copyright source - including your own site. You can use material for which you own the copyright, but only if you grant a free licence under things you'll find at WP:COPYVIO. Secondly, you must show notability. Just existing as a business or other organisation isn't enough. See WP:GNG. Third, you must give references for what you say. See WP:RS for this one. Fourthly, you are best to put it up (AFTER you've read all those policies) on a subpage of your userpage. If you don't know how, ask me or any regular editor. That gives it a bit of protection to start with - unless it is a copyvio or blatant spam. Those aren't allowed anywhere. Any questions, you can contact me (or any regular editor) at our talk pages. (Some may be locked against IPs and new editors - if so, try someone else.) Peridon (talk) 16:39, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
