  • Can I have you look at the draft for SharkLinux and maybe help me regarding its deletion. I had thought I put forward enough sources to satisfy notability standard in the deletion discussion, however, it was deleted. There is also some confusion on my part as the admin who deleted and restored to a draft advises that sources need to be referenced within the article to count towards notability which is at odds with my policy research. I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Marpet98 (talk) 06:56, 11 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • Happy New Year!
    • I have tagged the page Draft:SharkLinux for review, and requested help at WT:WikiProject Computing. I realised rather late that you may have a conflict of interest here; please see WP:Conflict of interest and consider whether you need to declare this. – Fayenatic London 13:52, 1 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
      • I took care of that as soon as I read this. I inquired about that months back and I either misunderstood what I was told or was misinformed. I do worry what will become the fate of the article. Hopefully it helps that I was selfconscious of my english (3rd language, still learning) and like most published info on SharkLinux, I didnt actually write the majority myself. Thank you for making me aware of this circumstance Marpet98 (talk) 23:14, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
        • Thanks, that's clear and helpful. I have pinged a few other editors to review the page. – Fayenatic London 09:54, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
