The copyright claims on this image are ambiguous.

When first uploaded, and in the image name, it asserts to be from "about 1920", this was then amended to "about 1900"

If the image is from 1920 (indeed even if it is from 1900), it is far from certain that the photographer died before the end of 1937, and as such the image may well still be in copyright.
