This is a marginal. While the claimed notability under "Atletics/track & field" subject notability guideline (WP:NATH) I can't find any of the qualifying organizaitons/events listed to back up the claim. Second this reads very much like a puffery piece. "He is invited by the French Athletics Federation to represent France on the 4 x 200m at the 2019 World Relays in Yokohama which would confer him the French sporting nationality but he refuses the invitation." That suggests heavily that this needs to be re-written to conform to Neutral Point of View standards.
