Your recent edits[edit]

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 11:48, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, provide an edit summary with your edits. -Fnlayson 22:48, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AR-15 variants[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to the AR-15 variants page. While they were done in good faith, a few of the changes were factually incorrect. Unless you are highly knowledgeable in this area and/or can state reliable sources for the reason of these changes, please do not change any of the text or figures unless there is a typo, or it is blatantly obvious that it is wrong. If you do make changes, could you also please leave an edit summary with a reason so we know why you made the changes and it is not just vandalism. Many of these rifles don't actually have a name and are just referred to as their number. They may not always fit into either articles of either M16 or M4. (For example, an AR-15 may have all the standard features of an M4, but not be called an M4, rather an M16 carbine.) Hayden120 06:05, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

September 2007[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Heckler & Koch HK416. Please be careful when editing pages and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. — DanMP5 15:20, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Some how I doubt they were done in good intention, you removed like half the page only leaving U.S. related information. What are you doing Max Mayr! Hayden120 23:19, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of John macejunas[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on John macejunas, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because John macejunas seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting John macejunas, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. AfD nomination of Norm Hooten[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Norm Hooten. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Norm Hooten. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
