This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of PROSESS, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.testprotein.com/index.php.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of CS23D[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on CS23D requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from www.cs23d.ca. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. November 2013[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from CS23D, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. BigDwiki (talk) 05:53, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to CS23D. Please make your case on the page's talk page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 06:16, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. BigDwiki (talk) 16:29, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright policies[edit]

Hello. You cannot paste copyrighted content onto Wikipedia even temporarily; every time you hit save, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, which prohibit importing material that is not compatibly licensed. If you need to work on articles by doing this, you must do it somewhere else and bring the article to Wikipedia only when it is complete.

I note that at 10:32 UTC on 18 November, you pasted multiple paragraphs from this copyrighted journal article into the article CS23D. (The license on that article is not compatible with our own.) You had already been advised of and directed to our copyright policy when you did this. Please review that policy and Wikipedia:Copy-paste. If you continue pasting content here, even if it is your intention to revise it, it will be necessary to block your account. It is essential that we respect our Terms of Use for the legal protection of our project and our reusers. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:23, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Several of the images have had to be deleted from that page, as they were also from that article. I'm afraid we can't use content like that from other websites without verifying that they are acceptable here. If you are by chance the creator of those images on that other website, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the process for verifying. (This process verifies for text as well.) If the other images have been similarly taken from other websites, please either verify license or request deletion of them. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:34, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Chemical shift index[edit]

Hi, I'm A2-33. Mberjans, thanks for creating Chemical shift index!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Hi

Thanks for adding the CSI page, a valuable addition! It looks like some or all of this article is very similar to the article on the SpringerReference site.

You might like to reword your article so that there is no copyright violation.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. A2-33 (talk) 07:46, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:PROSESS data entry page.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Image copyright problem with File:GeNMR web interface.png[edit]

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:GeNMR web interface.png.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the image description page states the source and copyright status of the derivative work, it only names the creator of the original work without specifying the status of their copyright over the work.

Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the original image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. Thanks again for your cooperation. Felix QW (talk) 14:44, 15 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
