December 2012[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. Review sources[edit]

Your recent edit to Good Kid, M.A.A.D City was reverted. Self-published sources such as blogs should generally not be used in an encyclopedia. Instead, "the most reliable sources on a topic" should be reflected in an article, in this case "reliable secondary sources such as reviews, books, or reputable articles" (WP:ALBUMS/CRITICAL). Accepted sources for reviews include those listed at WP:ALBUMS/REVSITE and those used by review aggregate sites Metacritic and AnyDecentMusic?. The ratings template should be limited to 10 reviews. Welcome to Wikipedia. It appears that you have added a link to an image on an external website to Joey Badass, likely in an attempt to display that image on the page. For technical and policy reasons, it is not possible to use images from external websites on Wikipedia. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request an upload. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. File permission problem with File:LoveRance,San Francisco Rapper.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:LoveRance,San Francisco Rapper.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included.
