Your Userpage Deleted as Advertising http://spam.meancode.com[edit]

Your userpage is not to be used as advertising or promotion as a pseudo-article. Please remember that Wikipedia is not MySpace. Your userpage is for anything that is compatible with the Wikipedia project. It is a mistake to think of it as a homepage: Wikipedia is not a blog, webspace provider, or social networking site. Please see Wikipedia:Introduction and Wikipedia:User page for more information. Thanks.--Hu12 (talk) 20:06, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

spam.meancode.com?[edit]

Hi,

I would like to point out that I have no clue what spam.meancode.com is. Meancode.com is my domain, but I have never setup that subdomain, ever. I don't even think I added anything to my User page. If I did, It most certainly was not a spam-y link. As you can see, I have not logged in since December 2007. Sorry I did not respond sooner, but I am quite perplexed as to why spam.meancode.com would have been on my User page. Thanks.

So I guess I misunderstood what I am supposed to put on my User page. So I guess I will leave it blank.

Above are some good links to pages to read as you get started editing. Since you plan on editing an existing article, you can skip the first article one for now, and don't worry too much about the style guide at the moment. It's usually easier to start slow and try a few things. Also, if you use the "show preview" button, you can experiment without messing up the article, just remember to "cancel" or use your back button if it looks like you messed things up. Then try again.
