Re: October 2010[edit]

MetalBrasil, I advise you to both WP:Assume good faith and be a little more careful with your Twinkle edits. My only edit to that page was to fix a typo; saying "caution, vandal" to me was irresponsible. I see that English is not your first language, so perhaps you were confused. Just be more careful next time. Thanks, Wrelwser43 (talk) 01:18, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Alchemist (song)[edit]

Do you have any evidence that this passes the notability guideline for songs? Interwiki links have no relevance to the english Wikipedia, as other projects do not necessarily have the same policies as this one, and are not a notability criterion. If you could point me to the consensus for including it, that would be useful, as whether or not you agree with the article does not matter in terms of whether or not the article should exist. December 2010[edit]

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to DragonForce, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered vandalism. Thank you. GunMetal Angel 22:56, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Your message on my page[edit]

I beg your pardon... I was reverting an unnecessary change YOU made to the genre, presumably to suit YOUR own views. I see no attempt on your part to consult the discussion page regarding those changes. --L1A1 FAL (talk) 19:45, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Symphony of Destruction[edit]

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Symphony of Destruction, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered vandalism. Thank you. L1A1 FAL (talk)

Interview with Wikimedia Foundation[edit]

Tudo bem, Metalbrasil? I'm a Storyteller on the fundraising team at the Wikimania Foundation. In preparation for the 2011 fundraiser this November-December, I'm interviewing Wikipedians who contribute significantly to the projects. In the past, we've relied pretty heavily on Jimmy to carry the fundraising burden, and while his appeals have done very well, he alone doesn't represent the multitude of content creators on Wikipedia. I'm curious if you would like to interview with me? I would hope to speak with you for about 60 minutes and would ask you a number of questions about your personal experiences editing on Wikipedia and about its impact more generally. If you are inclined, please email mroth (at) wikimedia.org. Thanks! Matthew (WMF) 00:00, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for Mar 2[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited You talkin' to me?, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Walk (song) (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of ZAO[edit]

A tag has been placed on ZAO requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
  • disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
