You created this article with a header reading "Copy Rights Reserved". Please be sure you understand the Wikipedia policies that anything posted on Wikipedia is considered public domain with freedom under the GFDL for anyone to copy and reproduce.

Also, you should be aware that the article has been nominated for deletion. You can view or participate in the discussion by clicking on the link in the article. Fan1967 22:15, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think the issue here is that you (she) created an article before you knew/read about Wikipedia's policies. I put the welcome message on your talk page; there is important stuff there you should read up on, that will make Rhiannon Waits and any other articles you contribute to much cleaner (not to mention, less likely to be deleted). Another thing that will help you is to look at how other articles are formatted and written. They look less like personal webpages, and more like a balanced documentary. I hope that makes some of this clearer to you. --Disavian 02:59, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is important to keep a cool head, especially when responding to comments against you or your edits. Personal attacks and disruptive comments only escalate a situation; please keep calm and remember that action can be taken against other parties if necessary. Attacking another user back can only satisfy trolls or anger contributors and leads to general bad feeling. Please try to remain civil with your comments. Thanks! I am not trying to attack anyone. I am attempting to make points and to ask questions. If I need corrections, please tell me. I think I woul drather correct than have my entire work deleted.
The general comments and e-mails I have received have been polite. A few have been rude even with my attempts to be polite and gracious.Michaelle 17:52, 6 June 2006 (UTC)MICHAELLE WOODBURYMichaelle 17:52, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Posting links in articles[edit]

A point to be aware of, when posting links:

Links within Wikipedia ("wikilinks") use double square brackets, and aliases are separated by a vertical bar:
[[Rhiannon Waits|Rhiannon]] prints as Rhiannon.
Web links use single square brackets, and aliases are separated by a space:
[http://www.ecademy.com/account.php?id=92294 Ecademy] prints as Ecademy.
Hope this helps. Fan1967 17:49, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thank You Fan-1967. This does help. I am still trying to figure things out.Michaelle 20:39, 8 June 2006 (UTC)MICHAELLEMichaelle 20:39, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image Tagging for Image:LisaIris2.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:LisaIris2.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Hi Michaelle[edit]

The article Rhiannon Waits has been deleted. However, I have copied the article to your user space. It can be found here: User:MichaelleWoodbury/Rhiannon Waits. If at a later date, you are able to improve the article to a standard where it should be in an encyclopaedia (see WP:BIO and WP:V for useful guidelines on this), there is nothing stopping the article being recreated. Speedy deletion of Image:Rhia3.JPG[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:Rhia3.JPG, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Rhia3.JPG|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Sdrtirs (talk) 22:22, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Rhia3.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:24, 24 August 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. PhilKnight (talk) 22:24, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
