Michael's Peer Review[edit]

The lead to this is great! I would just recommend being careful of repetition in your lead as it is important to have it be concise. The Mexico article I believe still needs sources as well. The stats on the Effectiveness portion is pretty great too. I would consider reorganizing the last section to be more clear as well.
