Expanding on the comment at the help page, you are trying to make an image appear that doesn't exist on Wikipedia.

Ironically, there used to be a File:2587.jpg, but it has been deleted. It was uploaded in 2007, so I assume that isn't your image.

When you do upload it, please use a more descriptive name. You should change the name before you upload. Names can be changed later, but that requires administrator action.

Hi! Thanks for your help...no I don't know how to upload pictures. What are the rules for that? I figured I just save it to my desktop but I don't know where to go from there.
