Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia. You created an article Sleep loss and effort. It was short, but was well cited. What I did was move that information into the larger article Sleep deprivation where it is more likely to be seen. In general and when possible, it's better to add to an existing article than to create a new one. This is one of the main principals of wikipedia; no one owns any articles, and people are happy to see others contribute to something that they had a hand in writing.
