Broadcast times[edit]

Please don't add broadcast times to articles unless there's something unusual around the times. Wikipedia is not a TV Guide - please see WP:NOTTVGUIDE. Ravensfire (talk) 23:16, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

November 2020[edit]

Information icon Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Surya TV. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Diff: [1] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:20, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Surya TV, you may be blocked from editing. Please don't keep adding a "Popular shows" section. It's arbitrary, not based on any source and you don't find it on other channel articles. There's a discussion on the talk page, please follow WP:BRD and discuss to see if you can get a consensus to include the material. Ravensfire (talk) 16:43, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ente Maathavu moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Ente Maathavu, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Ente Maathavu Tv series[edit]

I've moved Ente Maathavu Tv series to the correct title, and the noticed that you already had an article there but moved to Draft:Ente Maathavu. Please, when this happens, clean up the draft and get that published. There is no race, no timeline, so waiting a bit isn't a problem. What you've caused is a cleanup problem now. Please handle that, best option will be to ask for the draft to be deleted - see WP:SPEEDY. Ravensfire (talk) 21:06, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Ente Maathavu[edit]

Hello Mjetal7lica9,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ente Maathavu for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Indulekha serial.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Indulekha serial.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 21:45, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Languages[edit]

Re: this, the |language= parameter is for the native language the series is produced in, not for dubs of the series. If you plan to edit TV articles, you need to know how the Infobox works. See {{Infobox television}} instructions. See also the Manual of Style for television articles so you also have an idea of what an article is supposed to look like. Indian TV articles have many, many problems because nobody bothers to learn basic Wikipedia TV article editing guidelines. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:57, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Nandhini was re-shot in kannada and Season 2 is released in kannada. That's why i added kannada language also. Mjetal7lica9 (talk) 18:08, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Season 2 is not released in Tamil. Mjetal7lica9 (talk) 18:09, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The infobox is supposed to summarise content found elsewhere in the article. Without that content, nobody can possibly understand why there is conflicting information throughout the article. This is why we communicate in complete sentences, not just with short one-word/two-word bits of information wedged into parentheses (like this). Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:33, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Generally, language in the infobox is the primary language used in the original version only. Anything else can be mentioned in the body of the article, usually in a release section, WITH sources. Ravensfire (talk) 20:03, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Orginal languages are Kannada and Tamil. And kannada dubbed to telugu and tamil dubbed to malayalam and bengali. Mjetal7lica9 (talk) 20:14, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Season 2 is not released in tamil and malayalam.Season 2 already ended in kannada and telugu.Season 2 will quickly air on sun tv (Tamil version orginal not dubbing) Mjetal7lica9 (talk) 20:19, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Composer[edit]

Re: this, a show's composer is the person who writes incidental music for the series. This certainly would not include lyricists, singers, background singers, or anybody else who worked on the show. A composer is not a performer. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 23:49, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

And again, open Template:Infobox television and read the instructions, please. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 23:49, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jayaraj Warrier, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Host. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:08, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Odd content[edit]

Hi there, re: Bhadra (2019 TV series), can you please explain to me what this is supposed to mean?:

  • Opening theme: "Poove nee thenolum
snehamaakille.....
kanne nee njenjoram
chernnu peyyille.....
  • Ending theme: kolusittoru moham thane
manjupoyi......
pinneyum ninneyeyum
kaathu njan hridaya kadha
parayaan......"

I'm having trouble understanding not only what it means, because it's not translated into English, but I'm also confused about what it is supposed to detail. I see similar content at Ente Maathavu (different words). What is this content? Thank you, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:27, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It is the first and last lines of the theme song. Mjetal7lica9 (talk) 22:37, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why would you be including song lyrics in an article? Have you read the Template:Infobox television instructions? These parameters are for the titles of the songs. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 23:31, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Do NOT link to draft articles[edit]

This edit [2] is not fixing a typo, it's adding a link to a draft article. Don't do that. Draft articles should NEVER be linked from main space articles. Fix the issues in the draft article and get it accepted. Ravensfire (talk) 17:13, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also, please read the {{Infobox television}} documentation on parameters. You're using preceeding incorrectly now. Ravensfire (talk) 17:31, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What are you doing?!?[edit]

Seriously - [3] what are you doing? Two IMMEDIATE and obvious issues that you KNOW you shouldn't have done. Do NOT put Indic script in infoboxes or leads or articles. Do NOT EVER put an unsourced date or place of birth in articles for living persons. You CANNOT just edit any old way you want and rely on everyone else to clean up after the junk you put. I'm not cleaning up anymore, I'm just completely reverting any edit of yours that has a problem. Ravensfire (talk) 21:01, 19 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sreya Jaideep[edit]

I found this sentence in Sreya Jayadeep, "Her song "Mele Manathe Eashoye" was viewed more than 7 million times from the Christian devotional album ‘God’ under the direction of music stalwart Sri. Composer M. Jayachandran's songs made her popular."

I am new to Wikipedia, besides I don't understand the intended meaning of this sentence. As one of the previous contributors to this article, can you kindly take a look at it? Much appreciated. Sankarnair2 (talk) 23:06, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The article Varnappakittu (TV series) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to fail WP:NTV and WP:GNG. Tagged for notability since 2022

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
