Gibraltarpedia[edit]

Hi Mohamed, I noticed you added yourself to the "Volunteers working in Gibraltar" section on Gibraltarpedia's project page. However, as I don't believe you'll be contributing from Gibraltar, I've moved your post to the "Contributors" section. If I'm wrong please let me know. I look forward to your contributions! --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 22:20, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Gibmetal 77, who said I'll be contributing from Gibraltar? I'll contribute from Morocco!
And sorry about adding my name to the "Contributors" section!
PS: I'm already in contact with Roger & Tilman, feel free to ask them about me. Mohamed Amarochan (talk) 06:06, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I know you're based in Morocco (in Tangier?). Don't worry I recognise your name from the press releases :). It's just that you added your name to the section for local contributors so I moved it to the general contributors section, so please feel free to add your name back to the project page. --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 12:11, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

We would like to invite you to contribute to the GibraltarpediA project, the world's first WIkipedia City. The project needs writers, photographers, translators and others to help build the first wiki city which bridges Europe and Africa. We are going to transform Gibraltar and the surrounding areas in Morocco and Spain into areas rich with encyclopedic content immediately accessible using QR codes and NFC on plaques for visitors and local people.

There are prizes to reward contributors in the Gibraltarpedia Multilingual challenge for the best editors, photographs and cartographers... whoever you are. More at Gibraltarpedia.org

Hi Mohamed, if you have time then you you translate and post across the Arabic Wikipedia (particularly the village pump). I also have a lady from the BBC who'd like to interview you. Is that possible? Victuallers (talk) 09:58, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
