November 2014[edit]

Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Mohammed Rayhan. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Proposed deletion of Mohammed Rayhan[edit]

The article Mohammed Rayhan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to meet WP:GNG (either the person or Rayhan Graphics), essentially no independent RS coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please stop[edit]

Please stop recreating the article about yourself. You were already given a very valid reason [1] as to why this page was not appropriate. The Wikipedia community takes a dim view of editors who persistently abuse their editing privileges. If you are truly a notable person and your life's accomplishments can be verified by reliable, independent sources, someone else who is not connected to you will write about you. --Drm310 (talk) 23:35, 26 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
I have put the advert code on the text. I really do believe the text is a valuable source to share to the audience, it is very notable.
Thank you.
You are not the best judge of your own notability. It is next to impossible for you - or anyone, for that matter - to write a truly neutral, factual and verifiable article about oneself. If you truly believe that you are deserving of an article, then I recommend you put in a proposal at Wikipedia's articles for creation page. This process is described near the end of this section (entitled "Creating an article about yourself") of Wikipedia's guidelines on autobiographies.
One more item. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when. --Drm310 (talk) 03:27, 27 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • It's just as bad an idea to write an article about your company (RAYHAN GRAPHICS) as it is to write about yourself. —C.Fred (talk) 00:34, 7 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on RAYHAN GRAPHICS requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion".
