Hello. We have a specific process that needs to be followed if the copyright holder wishes to release previously published content under a license that is compatible with Wikipedia. This is detailed at WP:DONATETEXT. That involves either putting a statement of release on the source website, or contacting Wikipedia's Volunteer Response Team (VRT) to verify that the permissions are in place. I'm willing to unblock if you agree to the following: (1) you will not copy text from other websites into Wikipedia unless/until VRT verifies that it is compatibly licensed (or the source website is modified to contain a statement of release); and (2) you'll be more responsive to concerns raised on this talk page in the future, because it really didn't have to get to this point if you had replied to any of the previous messages regarding copyright.
