Hi Mounica. I took a look at your article draft. It looks good, but there are a few things you still need to do.

  • You need to do a careful copy edit. There are spaces before commas and periods that shouldn't be there. Make sure that references are after punctuation, not before.
  • You need to convert your references into properly-formatted references. I strongly recommend using the Cite tool in the VisualEditor, as outlined here. Don't use URLs that include "search.proquest" or "eproxy.ltu.edu" - these are search strings that run through your library's proxy server, and are not accessible to anyone who isn't logged in. Is that correct?

  1. Yes, adding a reference improves the article
  2. No, your re-write did not improve the sentence - your version uses more words to say the same thing, and doesn't flow as well as the original sentence. It always appears that you are changing English spelling ("organisation") to American spelling, something that you should avoid doing on Wikipedia except in certain specific cases (see WP:ENGVAR).
