I was not spamming, I was informing people from recently visited pages for the request for ArbCom. I wanted all the people involved to be notified, so I notified the pages the user frequesnts. If I was not supposed to do that, I am sorry, and I really did not know. --Mr.Executive 09:29, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
As your block has expired, I have removed the unblock request. Kusma (討論) 14:36, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Any time the same thing is posted in more than a handful of places, I would consider it spamming.— Jonathan Kovaciny (talk|contribs) 17:57, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

User:Coolcaesar and Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration[edit]

Although the name is familiar, as we both edit some articles in common, I do not have a specific complaint against this editor at tihis time and do not know why my name is on the list. (His comments in edit summaries are sometimes excessively abrasive.) Can you be more specific as to why you think I might wish to become involved in this? Thanks, - Leonard G. 16:18, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Seal incorp.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Seal incorp.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 08:48, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
