Comment: Error: There was no comment detected! Please follow the instructions at Template:AfC comment. Please do not use "tinyurl"; it sets of Wiki's spam filter, and also makes it impossible for WP:REFLINKS to automatically format your footnotes. I really can't go further in reviewing your article until the links are put in properly. I appreciate your effort to save space, but the length of the links is unimportant in Wiki because they aren't fully displayed when formatted right. Thanks, Mr.Michael, for the explanation on my Talk page. I'm glad to see the wording of article has been considerably improved, well done!! Unfortunately, the next job would be to find reliable sources e.g. news, magazines, books, which talk about Blue Waters in some depth. Most of your sources seem to be travel related websites, while the couple of newspaper articles do not seem to mention Blue Waters.
