Lead section

This can honestly stay as it is for the most part since the major portions to focus on will be further in the article.

History of celebrity privacy

If possible give a general overview of the history of celebrity privacy, which can in turn show how this has changed over time.

Debate over celebrity privacy

Celebrity privacy as controlled publicity.
Intrusions over paparazzi and fans
Celebrity children

In each of these sections you'd summarize the common debates (ideally in scholarly and academic sources, but can include some popular press) about celebrity privacy. This would essentially be what amount of privacy can be reasonably expected (ie, intrusions from paparazzi and fans), the legality and morality of people invading the privacy of celebrity children (for example), and whether or not attempts at privacy are meant to be legitimate attempts or attempts to promote themselves. All of these should be summaries of the existing sourcing.

Privacy laws

This section would deal with the laws that pertain to celebrity privacy.

Other laws pertaining to celebrity privacy

This section should only cover content as it specifically pertains to celebrity privacy.

One thing to keep in mind is that we shouldn't really have sections for examples unless they have had extremely major impacts on celebrity privacy and have had a lot of scholarly and academic coverage of the event. I've moved a copy of the article into your sandbox so you can work on this and I'll try to refactor some of the sections to give you a better idea of what I have in mind. Another thing to really strongly keep in mind is that we can only summarize what has already been stated in the existing sourcing, so we have to be careful to attribute the claims and to make sure that we don't put too much undue weight on any one given thing. I've started the revamp and have summarized the sections on controlled publicity and paparazzi into the debates section - summarizing the other sections listed above into the debates section in the way I have would be a good idea. --Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 19:05, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you're editing - just make sure that you avoid original research and especially "if... then..." or "if... therefore..." type statements. Also, if a specific person is making a claim, it's important to specify which person made the claim as opposed to being general about the statement - especially if it's something that could be seen as controversial or unique to that scholar.
