I appreciate your good work on Saudi articles! Unfortunately, Image:Alwaleed.JPG is not going to be acceptable on Wikipedia. It's only permissible to use a book cover if you actually (1) show the entire cover and (2) use it to describe the book, not the individual featured in the book (see counterexample 7 at WP:FU). Sorry to bring the news to you :-/ As a polite request, would you be so kind as to apply a speedy delete {{db-author}} tag on it? This will save time having the image go through various copyright review processes which will take up time and effort... better to get rid of this now, and try to find an image available under a free license, or where fair use will apply? Almost had it
Saudi Arabia, they almost had it. They were playing crazy, I've never seen a team take so many dives into the ball. They really wanted to win that one. I was so pissed off,, how couldn't they just stall the ball for the last 5 minutes!! all the pros do it! just pass the ball around in the middle of the field,,, but we might have a chance, ukraine lost 4 - 0 agains spain so hopfully we can take it (Jun-19) and at least tie with spain (I know we won't win this one),, oh man we where soo pissed about the last goal,, but over all,, it really was one of the greatest games i saw so far,, sorry about the US's last match bro,, don't worry the czech is really really strong (2nd worldwide), so hopfully you guys will take down italy and ghana --mo-- (Talk | #info | ) 03:55, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
- Even though the czech republic is number 2, I think we weren't playing that great. The first goal by the czechs must have brought down their confidence or something. Either way, we have to win that Italy game, or we're most likely out of the competition. I hope we make it to the quarter finals again like in 2002, the US really needs to get into soccer/futbol, and the best way for that to happen is for us to get kinda far into the tournament. I personally think that S.A. can get pretty far, they are really good this time around. It's kind of surprising because they usually lose at this level of the game, but now they've really improved. I enjoy watching them play, they play with so much energy. Are you in S.A. now? You're user page says you're currently in Canada. I guess school probably ended and you went back for the summer. - Wow, I was just looking at the tournament table, and if the US somehow barely manages to get into the tournament, they would most likely have to face off against brazil in their first match. So it looks like the US still has a chance at getting in, all that has to happen is for the US and Italy to both win their next game. That would make the US have 4 points, Italy have 7 points, beating Ghana and Czech with 3 and 3. My point is that there is still a chance. Anyway, looks like Saudi Arabia will be fighting Ukraine on monday, I hope they take that one. I heard that the players get like 10 million if they manage to get S.A into the second round, that's one crazy incentive, I hope it doesn't add pressure on them or anything. - yeah bro the saudi prince that owns the team pays them a shitload of money to work hard,, the US played really well agains italy the other day! but italy was really bad that day as well,,, Ghana is really strong! they beat italy and the czech,, so that game will be really interesting to watch! june 22nd, good luck USA and hopfuly our teams (
