Authority control

- Sweet Magioladitis, I didn't know T.seppelt was working on this! I had a bot reduce Category:VIAF different on Wikidata by resolving redirects. That seems to have cleared out about 9000 problems. If someone just kills all the links to 404's and deleted clusters in Category:VIAF different on Wikidata and Category:VIAF not on Wikidata than I guess there is a much more human number of articles left to clean by hand. T.seppelt, are you also planning to do the second part (adding {{Authority control}} to articles that could use it)? Multichill (talk) 22:27, 25 April 2015 (UTC)

- According to Template:Authority_control#Position just above the {{Persondata}}. I would look for that template and put it right before it and as fallback put it right above the first category you hit. That shouldn't be too hard with two regexes. Multichill (talk) 22:40, 3 May 2015 (UTC)
