As you seem to have a problem with unregistered users per your edit summaries (in clear violation of WP policies, I have created a user. PLEASE DESIST VANDALIZING ARTICLES Salt Pit Waterboarding > Kidnapping is kidnappping, whether it was done by some mobster or a rogue state is not relevant. If it is illegal where done and defined there as Kidnapping, then it is KIDNAPPING. Also, acusing people of sockpuppety, in the wrong, is a serious breach here on wiki. Learn the way this works ... Salt Pit - Please do not STALK editors to insure your POV. It is plain english language that what happened was a kidnapping, as last time i checked, neither Macedonia, nor Albania were US states, or US occupied, so whether or not the United States considers what happened allows kidnapping or lawful detention is not relevant. Most countries do not allow foreign powers, or anyone except their own police forces to arrest people on their territories, the illegal abduction of people is called kidnapping. At Wikipedia, we use reliable sources for all edits, and especially for controversial ones. Your opinion that someone was kidnapped is not important here. A non-biased reader will understand that detaining someone in violation of the law is called kidnapping. This is plain english, and no one, ever has stated that abducting someone inviolation of the law is other than kidnapping. Your claims are akin to demanding a source that water is wet, we do not use sources for that, we use childhood enducation. Thankfully you do not get to redefine other countries' laws simply because your own nation is involved. Kidnapping is kidnapping, and no ammount of wiki lawyering will allow you to supercede your own RECENTISM and political opinions over the laws of soverign states. Waterboarding is a arb probation article, and your edits without first utilizing talk were not helpful in an article that has a long and rowdy history. Anyway, you reported User:QueenofBattle at WP:AN3 for 3 reverts. You have 3 reverts so presumably deem this a blockable offence. You've also been edit-warring at t:QoB; please don't do that.
