Thanks for uploading File:Telus world of science edmonton ball machine.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

in additon to clarification "Conflict of interest editing occurs when advancing outside interests is more important to an editor than advancing the aims of Wikipedia." I am not advancing outside interests but rather the aims of accurate information for the the broader wikipedia users. My COI (non-financially tied) should not affect my ability to provide reliable and readily available information. Myceliumrails (talk) 18:11, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributions seem useful and relevant, which is why I haven't reverted them. You won't get banned for editing the article even though you have a COI - the guideline specifies that you are "strongly discouraged" from doing so. Requesting the edit on the talk page instead is preferred. See WP:BFAQ#EDIT, which is relevant to your situation here.
