While I had a look at Draft:Rashtriya Hindi Mail I seen that it is not properly framed. Having difficulty in framing a Hindi article in English? Please make it in Hindi at https://hi.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=राष्ट्रीय_हिंदी_मेल&action=edit&redlink=1 once there is a brief idea what it is we can make it available on English Wikipedia too. Since in Wikipedia this is your first article you might not be knowing how to make it as per guidelines. Please go through the message I sent up. Hope you have a great time in editing Wikipedia. Request reason:

I had two window opened in chrome, and multi tasking. Somehow I submitted from wrong window and closed the browser, and later realized my mistake after seeing Yunshui message. My appeal is I understand what quality attribute is needed from a contributor, and I will keep this in my mind to be an effective contributor.
