Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 66.151.149.170. My internet connection is a fiber pipe to a data center, and that data center is my actual entrance point to go online. This apparently results in an IP address that is blocked by Wikipedia. However, this is my only way to access the internet both at home and at work. N22YF (talk) 03:32, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
