The article Nandi award for the year 1979 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

there are articles for nandi awards at Category:Nandi Awards which can be updated. Lack of source for verification (the only source being a blog) is another issue here.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page P. S. Nivas has been reverted.
Your edit here to P. S. Nivas was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://telugucinemacharitra.blogspot.in/2011/01/andhra-pradesh-state-nandi-film-awards_6683.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:13, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Nandi award for the year 1979, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Theopolisme TALK 17:42, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Azhakodi Devi Mahashekthram, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Azhakodi Devi Temple. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 12:21, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your assumption as the both these articles are same is correct. The name Azhakodi devi temple was created before I was trying to develop the article. It was article related to a Hindu temple. The name Azhakodi devi temple is the name known generally. It was the former name. later, The administration came under the control of the government and the temple developed. The temple now known as Azhakodi devi Mahakshethram in the all government records. So it is better the delighted Azhakodi devi temple instead of Azhakodi devi Mahakshethram. I am ready to develop the article as a service.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sevvanthi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. --IShadowed 17:58, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Mappusakshi[edit]

Hello Nadakkavu,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Mappusakshi for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. Take a look at our suggestions for essential content in short articles to learn what should be included.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 23:38, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
