I don't care one way or the other if I am blocked or not. Like I said, I have neither the time nor inclination to put up with crap like I have had to endure from you people on Wikipedia. I posted on the Wikipedia Facebook page you all should change your motto from "The Encyclopedia anyone can edit...to the encyclopedia that anyone who understands the norms, socializes him or herself, dodges the impersonal wall of semi-automated rejection, has the patience to deal with compensating insecure in themselves, scared of their own shadows administrators who act like petty tyrants and still wants to voluntarily contribute his or her time and energy can edit.” If people like JD027 are the kind of people you want working on Wikipedia...be my guest

Even if the block is removed, I would not waste another moment of my time contributing to your dying project. Here let me cite it for you so it is verifiable The Decline of Wikipedia Is Wikipedia Slowly Dying? (You will note that that article states ONLY 12.5% of its editors are over 40 Gee wonder why that is? Maybe because YOU PEOPLE RUN THEM OFF WITH THE WAY YOU TREAT THEM!!!!) 3 Charts That Show How Wikipedia Is Running Out of Admins But hey make sure to keep people like JD027 around... (oh wait I forgot to sign)

hoax[edit]

READ THE DATE! WHEN IT SAYS THE ANNOUNCEMENT GOES OUT!

Yes, and you read WP:NOR. Until the announcement goes out, we have no idea whether it exists or not. It certainly is not on the ABA's page right now. Jd027 (talk) 02:48, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please see the article's talk page for an example of one of your suspect claims. Also, please read WP:V and WP:NOR. There are no credible sources to support the existence of the team or any of the claims you are making. Jd027 (talk) 02:46, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Since you (Ncfirefighter13) asked, I would point out the same thing. There's no evidence anywhere that this team exists right now. As such, an article is not appropriate yet. PS. Register the domain name for the team before someone steals it from you. LionMans Account (talk) 02:49, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

talk page etiquette[edit]

tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting You know what irritates me, overzealous wikipedia editors that pull stunts like this and violate thier own policies that they try to enforce on everyone else

I really take exception to the word hoax as well its insulting!

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia as . Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk: Galveston Stingrays, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jd027 (talk) 03:03, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

July 2015[edit]

Please do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. LionMans Account (talk) 03:47, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Care to tell me how I attacked or threatened anyone? If you are referring to me calling someone jd027, unethical, that is not an attack it is a out and out statement of fact.

I know its too late to matter, but it refers to the obviously fake picture you uploaded . That was a standard message for deleting the file. LionMans Account (talk) 04:00, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent disruptive editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ceradon (talkcontribs) 03:55, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

THIS A PERSONAL ATTACK BY TWO EDITORS COLLUDING TOGETHER I PROVIDED A FREAKING SCREENSHOT OF AN EMAIL AN HE SAYS I FAKED IT THEN CONGRATULATED HIS BUDDY???!!!!!

Decline reason:

I don't see how that addresses the reason for the block. You were blocked for persistent disruptive editing, and looking at your editing history I see plenty of that, including, but not limited to: repeated cases of removing other editors' talk page posts, evidently in attempts to hide what they said from other editors, including criticisms of your actions; aggressive and uncivil approach to other editors, sometimes unambiguously amounting to personal attacks; apparently, posting personal information about another editor without that editor's consent. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Then remove my block for 24 Hours to allow me to remove all of my content and I will be done with you.

I would like to see that email. Please forward it to ceradon_wiki@outlook.com. --ceradon (talkcontribs) 04:13, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

sent

For the benefit of Ncfirefighter13, Euryalus and other administrators, I have forwarded the emails to the OTRS. I believe their is something suspicious going on here, but I won't speculate. It's in their hands now. --ceradon (talkcontribs) 06:00, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ma'am what exactly does that mean?

Galveston Stingrays[edit]

Whether or not this franchise exists, it is certainly not notable as it has not been the subject of significant (or indeed any) coverage in reliable secondary sources. The only apparent mentions relate to the 1980's soccer team, which is not the subject of the article. Nor does the article make any assertion of notability - the franchise ownership sentence indicates a prospective date, there are obviously no records or achievements to highlight, and there is no home ground.

The article has therefore been deleted per WP:A7. Please feel free to recreate it after there are grounds to assert its notability, and significant coverage in reliable sources to support that assertion. -- Euryalus (talk) 05:55, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies, I should expand on this slightly. It is conceivable that the mere existence of such a franchise is a claim to notability, sufficient to pass speedy deletion (but not AfD as that would require actual sources to support the claim). However it is not credible to claim notability from the sheer existence of the franchise when the article itself made clear the franchise has not been awarded and the team does not exist. Per the above, please feel free to recreate the article if/when the franchise has been awarded and there is some practical possibility of the future formation of a team. Regrettably until then we remain outside the realm of a credible encyclopaedia article.
Happy to discuss further if required. -- Euryalus (talk) 07:13, 25 July 2015 (UTC).[reply]

Notice

The file File:Galveston Stingrays Logo.jpeg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Uploaded for article that's been speedied twice, once as A3 and once as A7. No other foreseeable use.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
