I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}} before the question. Again, welcome!

Thanks, Neil, for your thoughtful note on my Talk page. I will reply more fully there, but initially you may wish to read WP:Notability... regards, Johnfos (talk) 00:03, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Johnfos, for your generosity. I have read some of the documents to which you refer me and I will read the rest. I do recognise that the guidance of experience is usually worth much more than written material since the latter can so easily be misinterpreted by the uninitiated. (I am a great believer in Newtons's comment about standing on the shoulder of giants.) {{help me}} Is it acceptable to request the opportuntiy to discuss by email or by phone?

Please accept my thanks and excuse my impertinence, Neil. --User:neilfa (talk) 03:08, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To email me, please go to User:Johnfos and in the Toolbox section on the left hand side of the page, click on "Email this user". Johnfos (talk) 07:19, 17 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
