MGM Idents[edit]

Hi there. A few months ago, I started the Leo the Lion (MGM) page, and it has since grown quite large. However, only tonight I discovered your MGM Idents page. Is there any reason you took some of the information (and images) out of the article I started onto this one? I have now added a redirect to the Leo the Lion (MGM) page in place of the information you added to the above page. - LBM 22:54, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. No offence intended towards you; all I am saying is that you could have added a redirect in the first place, rather than add your own.

NOTICE TO ALL WIKIPEDIANS:I do NOT tolerate deconstructive criticism of any manner whatsoever and do not wish to see any of the sort in any of my articles or future articles. Thank You and have a very nice day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by NewYorkMan2210 (talkcontribs)
The above was not meant as an insult. I was merely enquiring why you decided to paste some images from the existing article on the MGM logos onto a new one, when you could have added a redirect. Nevertheless, I think we should end this discussion before it gets out of hand. - LBM 23:41, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

PorchLight Entertainment[edit]

{{helpme}} Can you help me with expanding the PorchLight Entertainment article.

That is not normally a reason for using helpme. Helpme is for having trouble editing or asking about editing, not for asking help. I suggest you look up information on the article and start from there.

PS: I added the {{expand}} template and other users will try to edit it. Thanks. Have questions talk to me on my talk or email me. Have a GREAT day! RainbowSprinkles Talk [Contributions] [Email me] 01:32, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (1964 film)[edit]

Is this work in progress - as you have moved what is clearly a "novel" article and named it a film. Are you working on a split. If I don't hear back soon of see any movement on the article I will wade in. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:57, 12 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

realised that this is a complete mistake and there never was a 1964 film - that was the date of the novel. Moved back. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 08:09, 12 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ABC[edit]

I'm not sure what you were trying to do here, but please don't move articles like that. The name of the company is American Broadcasting Company, and that is what people will search for. Your change will certainly be reverted. Additionally, your move caused a double redirect: when people click on several links, they will end up at a dead-end page. In short, please do not move pages until you are more familiar with Wikipedia policies and what happens when a page gets moved. Thanks, --Firsfron of Ronchester 08:35, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Page moves[edit]

Please stop the unneeded, undiscussed page moves. You are creating, not solving, problems. Also, please use the edit summary when doing edits so we know why you do them. Crumbsucker 10:53, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sight hound article[edit]

Hi there! I need help moving the Sight hound article to Sighthound, you see,I saw a "requested moves" tag on the talkpage of that article, and it would be appreciated if one of you Wikipedians could help me out, thanks!

Well it was only added about an hour ago, so nothing needs to be done for now, let the discussion take its course. --pgk(talk) 22:04, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Page move vandalism[edit]

Hello! I noticed your move of The Lion King (musical) to The Lion King (Broadway musical). This article is about the musical itself and does not focus only on the Broadway production. Based on this fact, along with your apparent history of unnecessary page moves, I have move the page back to it's original location. If you want to move a page in the future, please be sure you are following the naming convention of that particular subject. Also remember to include not only an indication of the move in your edit summary, but also include why you moved the page. Lastly, a page move should never be marked as minor. Ever. Thank you for your time. --omtay38 14:13, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I was just wondering why you are suggesting that you should merge the Frisch's article over to the Big Boy article? Frisch's different than other Big Boy restaurants plus the article is too long to merge back in its original position. Frisch's has a more storied history that has last almost 100 years. I'm also questioning your about the merge. You have had a long history of page move violations. I suggest you drop your merger request. I have worked hard on my article. Spongefan 13:10, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The reason why I requested a merger is because Frisch's is a Big Boy franchise. Thanks, and I hope that will clear up any future confusion by any other Wikipedians, have a nice day! NewYorkMan2210 13:16, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Thumb Wrestling Federation has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Only source is a press release. Newspapers.com gives only TV Guide listings, GBooks gives only false positives, and GNews gives nothing whatsoever.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
