Hello NtheP, I may have just confused the form categorization as I am a new wiki contributor, but the image file IS indeed free, just unsure how to specify that it's licensed under REDCAT? Hello, Newmediamkt. What you need to do if you have permission of the copyright holder to upload the file here is to get an OTRS ticket in place. There's instructions on how to do this at Commons:OTRS. The reason the image does not meet our non-free content criteria is because a person could readily go to the location and take a similar photograph and upload that. The file will be deleted today but you can upload a new copy once you have your permission email on its way to the OTRS team.
