Insularity

Hi. I noticed you commented on the talk page of the Insular Cases article, and I am wondering if you have time to add a bit of critique in the lead and in the body, particularly regarding racism and the later court's workaround of trying to find more rights "fundamental" See, Weiss, Debra. "'Shameful' insular cases should be overruled, Gorsuch says, as SCOTUS rules against Puerto Rico resident". A. B. A. Journal. Retrieved 2022-04-22. Thanks. @Alanscottwalker: Hi. Apologies for the delayed reply; for some reason I just saw this. I see a couple of people have edited this article recently, but I'll take a look and see if there's anything else about the recent case that's worth adding. Regards, Newyorkbrad (talk) 17:25, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
Thanks. I was a bit surprised that critique re racism is not mentioned in the lead. Alanscottwalker (talk) 22:01, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
