Steve Light[edit]

Hi... I saw your feedback indicating that you were a bit frustrated with editing. I'm happy to help if I can! I looked at the article that you created. The author is certainly active in a number of areas. I see, too, that the article has been proposed for deletion because there are no references in the article. Wikipedia relies on citations in the media from reliable sources. It looks to me as though the Mr. Light should have had things written about him. If you have any sources, add them to the article. :) If you need any help, please let me know. Wikipelli Talk 18:12, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your feedback[edit]

For uploading pictures and other media, it's easiest to go to Wikimedia Commons (you can use your Wikipedia credentials if you're not logged in already) and visit the Upload Wizard. Wikimedia Commons can only accept files which anyone can use for any purpose. That means most content you find on the web is not acceptable. But for example, most photos that you've taken yourself are OK to upload.

Here's a screenshot of the Upload Wizard:

You start by selecting the files you want to upload, then you go step by step through the process. In the final step, you'll get some wiki markup that you can copy into a Wikipedia article. Let me know if I can help. :-)

In response to your feedback[edit]

Thank you for your feedback. I hope I added the image that you asked for. The template that has been used on the page gives the specific instructions for adding an image. These can be confusing at first because some templates want markup including and others don't need it. If you hover the cursor over the name of the template and hit control/click you get to the template that has been used. Hope this helped..

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Steve Light may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s and 1 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
