what have i done that is so innapropraite then??? tell me?

there is nothing wrong with that! you know all i do on wiki is help scoop up your shitty mistakes, so a page would be nice

Without dealing with the unanswerable bits of the above, it's "inappropriate" to create pages about yourself -- see the conflict of interest policy and the policy on autobiography -- and our notability standards with respect to the notability of athletes do not allow the creation of articles about amateur athletes who are not competing at the highest standard of amateur competition; for soccer/football, that would be playing for England, I believe, or perhaps World Cup. Alternatively, articles can be about professional athletes. In either case, the individual would have to be competing at pretty much the highest level of available competition. Request reason:

Igoring what i wrote below, please may i be able to edit pages again, i find it VERY boring not being able to do so!! I won't make myself a page, it was very selfish! if i get famous maybe? but not now!! if there is any kind of 'Probation' period, then i would happily comply with that!! NickLiverpool p.s looking at my history MINUS my page problem, i've done brilliant edits on a few pages! e.g Kanye west, Lemar, Stuart Atwell are just a few!

Decline reason:

Cannot confirm that anonymous edits were from the actual user. Should the actual user login to submit an unblock request, they should ensure that they cover the issues that led to the block. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 09:15, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I would point out that the user is blocked with talk page disabled, which means he wouldn't be able to edit here even if he wanted to. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 09:17, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
