This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Well done on creating the draft, and it may potentially meet the relevant requirements (including WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO, WP:MUSICBIO) but presently does not. As you may know, Wikipedia's basic requirement for entry is that the subject is notable. Essentially subjects are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. To properly create such a draft page, please see referencing for beginners or the article Easier Referencing for Beginners. Please note that the current references do not establish notability because they are not considered reliable sources (most are not independent of Ferman). Additionally, the draft tends to read too much like a CV, which Wikipedia is not. Please familiarise yourself with these pages before amending the draft. If you feel you can meet these requirements then resubmit the page and ping me and I would be happy to reassess. As I said, I do think this draft has potential so please do persevere!

Could you take a look again and see if it's better? There is a site for her in French that was approved (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polly_Ferman) -- should I try to make it more like that article? Well done, the recent revisions are a huge improvement. Ferman certainly has had a long and impressive career, and the page absolutely has potential, so I do want to encourage you. As my detailed comments noted, for the page to be accepted we need it to meet the criteria in either WP:ANYBIO and/or WP:NMUSIC. I'm just not sure that the current references are sufficient to meet these? It would help if you could please identify, with specificity, which of these criteria you feel the draft meets? Thanks. (PS make sure in your reply you include a link to my username so I receive and alert that you have posted here; or alternatively create a fresh post on my Talk page, which automatically alerts me.)
