Hello. Welcome to my talk page. I look forward to discussion of articles and edits I make. BR Njm 78 (talk) 12:01, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Riccardo Silva[edit]

I can't do that. There's not enough information on him for a separate article.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:13, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Vchimpanzee thank you for getting back to me. If I can prove that there is enough information or provide this including references to journals of note, publications from worthy sources, could this then be considered? Many Thanks. Njm 78 (talk) 20:28, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. I just can't do it with what's there now, and doing enough research, as you will see, takes time.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 23:23, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Vchimpanzee. Appreciate your response. Njm 78 (talk) 08:45, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Vchimpanzee. Do you need to see the written article or just the references to approve the page as a stand alone rather than a redirect. Best Regards. Njm 78 (talk) 14:32, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Vchimpanzee. I have created an article in my sandbox - here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Njm_78/sandbox. Would you mind commenting on it. It is difficult to judge if something is impartial after it has been written. Also one of the references is to a publication .PDF hosted on a related site, however this is independent. I would appreciate any help you can give. Best Regards Njm 78 (talk) 14:02, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like a good start. I didn't spend a lot of time on it. One of those references does not identify which newspaper it is from, but it looks like The Brickell Tribune.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 15:33, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much for looking. I have updated the link title as suggested. Is there anything else I need to add before offering it as a version?Njm 78 (talk) 15:43, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm really not experienced with reviews. I would accept articles too easily.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 23:29, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Biography assessment[edit]

Look at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Biography/Assessment

This tells you what the rankings are and what needs to happen to get to various levels; this is not a comment on your article. --FeanorStar7 00:48, 11 February 2016 (UTC)

September 2016[edit]

Information icon Hello! Thank you for your recent contributions to Riccardo Silva. I did have one note for you. I am working on a maintenance project to clean up Category:Pages using infoboxes with thumbnail images. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks!! Your backdoor move of FIU Stadium has been reverted. DO NOT make cut and paste moves; doing so violates the GFDL. Doing so falsely takes credit for writing the entire content of an article that dozens of people worked on for several years. If you intend to move a page, go through the proper procedures at Wikipedia:Requested moves. bd2412 T 02:50, 4 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon

Hello Njm 78. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Njm 78. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Njm 78|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message.

-- Thank you for this. I am not paid directly for these articles I have been doing them to learn Wikipedia and as a bit of a hobby. I have an association with the company so have outlined this in my talk page. I have tried to be completely impartial on the information is given. I really appreciate you pointing out my error.
