You have a response. Let me add that if the person Is notable, an encyclopedia article may be written about that person. Essentially, that means significant independent and neutral coverage in books, newspapers or magazines. It is not a CV. Also, Google decides how a site appears in its search results. Wikipedia editors are not allowed to influence the process.
