This is an automated message from VWBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Socket G2, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.cpu-world.com/Sockets/Socket%20G2%20(rPGA988B).html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) VWBot (talk) 18:07, 5 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from VWBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Socket G3 cancelled, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Socket G3. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

Socket G3[edit]

When moving pages you need to use the Move function to preserve the history of the article (which is required by the GFDL and CC-BY-SA 3.0 licenses that Wikipedia uses. If you don't then it is a copyright violation (hence the bot warnings above). I have fixed it by doing the following:

  • Deleted Socket G3 cancelled because it was a copyright violation
  • Moved "Socket G3" to "AMD Socket G3" (because most of the history was concerning the AMD socket)
  • Copy/pasted the content relevant to the Intel version to a new article, Intel Socket G3, and in the edit summary attributed it to you (as required by the licenses)
  • Because Socket G3 was left empty by the move I created a disambiguation page there.

I just thought I'd let you know what I've done because it might appear confusing. Regards, James086Talk 19:23, 5 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Zdenko Domančić moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Zdenko Domančić, is not suitable as written to remain published. It appears there is a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. As per WP policy, please do not move into mainspace yourself. Onel5969 TT me 13:09, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:People from Ugljan indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read!
