If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hang on}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. I notice that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. To reduce the chances of deletion, you might like to draft your article before submission, then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. Please stop, as your editing is becoming disruptive. While you may feel that the subject material is worthy of inclusion, you have a direct conflict of interest and must avoid making such editorial decisions. You need to instead present your justifications on article talk pages and allow third party editors with no connection to the subject to make a neutral assessment of your material. thanks a lot Mr Ckatz. I never though I was doing a disruptive editing. I will keep this in mind. Both the issues about Amitabh Thakur's definition of CSR and his newer concept of CSR are very important and path breaking. Similarly, his work of Facebook Book is also of a newer kind, but then I will present them on their respective talk page instead of direct aditing.
