Your question on Spebi's RfA

Just letting you know, I have responded to your question on Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Spebi. I hope I answered the question satisfactorily :) Spebi 04:47, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello. You left some feedback about Oldham's FAC, at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Oldham. I believe I've addressed your concerns and was hoping to convince you to reconsider your opposition to its promotion. -- Jza84 · (talk) 13:56, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

Another Misunderstanding

Debate on traditional vs simplified characters

Hey, thanks for your comments. I wonder if you would care to stick around and participate in the discussion as I try to work through Benjwong's concerns? I have a feeling he is misinterpreting some of the English phrases I'm using - perhaps as a result of assuming that I am biased against the Communist government, or something. --PalaceGuard008 (Talk) 04:06, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

RfA

I considered not spamming talk pages but not saying "thanks" just isn't me. The support was remarkable and appreciated. I only hope that I am able to help a little on here. Please let me know if I can help you or equally if you find any of my actions questionable. Thanks & regards --Herby talk thyme 11:36, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Template:INintlegend

Hi, I just noticed that a template you created, Template:INintlegend, is unused and appears to be abandoned. I've marked it as deprecated, meaning it'll be deleted in two weeks' time if nobody objects. If there's a reason to keep it please leave a note at Wikipedia talk:Deprecated and orphaned templates and feel free to remove the {{deprecated}} tag from the template. Thanks. My RFA (Random832)

Thank you, O, for participating in my RFA, which passed 35/1/0. I look forward to helping out. If you have any concerns or suggestions/advice, my talk page is always open.—Random832 14:09, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Infobox response

Are you sure about the consistency part? Because I don't see Southwest Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Aeromexico, or Lufthansa using it…the bullets even look uglier than a line break list. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 21:32, 19 November 2007 (GMT)

  • I just haven't gotten to those yet, but eventually I will. I want to focus on North American carriers first (since they are heavily hubbed) and then I will move on. --Inetpup (talk) 21:37, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Yes, but I am opposed to this change. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 21:41, 19 November 2007 (GMT)
  • Maybe you can revert it on Northwest Airlines because that's the airline you have an interest in, but leave the others for now. And next, we need to discuss this in WikiProject aviation section. Thanks!--Inetpup (talk) 21:45, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Definitions

Middle schools are considered to be "primary" schools, whereas high schools (grades 9-12) are "secondary". In the US, primary schools are for little kids (pre-K~5 grade), elementary schools are K-8. Junior high schools usually have a 9th and possibly tenth grade. So if a school says grades 6-8, it's a elementary school. Would you prefer "grade school"? AnteaterZot (talk) 23:19, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

That problem will be solved (for me) when the article is deleted. It doesn't matter what we call it, the point is that the article is on a non-notable topic. AnteaterZot (talk) 23:23, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Tabs

I'd like to ask two questions, if I may:

  1. How did you ever make those? That HTML must be as delicate as a pansy, so I dare not reverse engineer it, and
  2. Any tips on how to do the backwards engineering? It's a bit too confising for me, you loose me around {{if#{{req}}}} I think, because I'm better with <> than {{}}.

Nice page BTW.YДмΔќʃʀï→ГC← 10-23-2007 • 01:19:49

Highways-Concensus

I was wondering whether you could put a support/not support thing on the latest section of the decommission thing. Just so its more clear whether there is a clear concensus or not. Thanks :)Seddon69 (talk) 22:19, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

It should already be clear. Voting does not make consensus. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 23:03, 22 November 2007 (GMT)

RE: Edits by 12.74.143.224

Hi. This person is a known vandal who has repeatedly edited articles from IP accounts, then signing them. Sometimes he adds accurate information; sometimes he doesn't. He has been advised over and over again to stop, but persists. I have dubbed him "The St. Louis Signer" and have created a log of the IP accounts he uses, with the intent of reporting him to his ISP for abuse. I will add his IP address to my list. If you catch him in the future, feel free to do so as well. dhett (talk contribs) 04:46, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Various templates

A few templates you created, Template:MDint/MD, Template:MDint/I, Template:MDint, and Template:MDint/US, have been marked for deletion as deprecated and orphaned templates. If, after 14 days, there have been no objections, the templates will be deleted. If you wish to object to their deletion, please list your objections here and feel free to remove the {{deprecated}} tag from the templates. If you feel the deletions are appropriate, no further action is necessary. Thanks for your attention. Bryan Derksen (talk) 04:29, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Northwest Accidents

I noticed you undid the edit on the accidents and incidents section. I did put an item on the discussion page about it for two weeks with no replys so I edited it. I also asked users to discuss before making any further changes. If you think there is a better way of showing this information then go ahead but at the moment this section is too large and needs to be condensed in some way, or the creation of a separte article.Bthebest (talk) 11:11, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Go create a separate article. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 15:11, 25 November 2007 (GMT)

Jctunbuilt

User:TwinsMetsFan propose to replace purple with green because it makes too hard to see blue links. I think so too;I'm only change it to green. Green is a better choice. Because on List of auxiliary interstate highways blue is for future. I originally just switch the gray and purple over swapping the delete with unbuilt; but that user decides to change it to green.--Freewayguy (Comm 90) 01:05, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

List of auxiliary interstate highways has absolutely nothing to do with this. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 01:07, 29 November 2007 (GMT)

I agree unbuilt should have colors other than purple because purple is too dark and covers the text. Gray is okay for delete routes, so green is a good choice for unbuilt. That's what I'm saying.--Freewayguy (Comm 90) 01:10, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Could you please read WP:DEW? Nobody really cares about what the colours should be. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 01:24, 29 November 2007 (GMT)

Scott5114's RFA

Thank you for taking the time to participate in my recent RFA nomination. I have withdrawn the nom early at 17/13/3. I am presently going to undergo admin coaching in preparation for a second candidacy somewhere down the line. I hope to see your potential support in the future. Regards, —Scott5114 07:46, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Boeing 777 pics

Nice El Al lead pic on the Boeing 777 page. I just hope it survives! Since there was already another El AL pic in the text, I replaced it with the SIA pic you took out of the infobox. I also moved the GE90 pic down to the -200LR section, as it was causing congestion in the Design section at 800x600 resolution. I couldn't find appropriate places for the other pics there. Feel free to rearrange some more if it needs it. - BillCJ 02:26, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Okay. I was also kinda thinking about putting the GE90 pic down to the -200LR section, but considered against it due to a future rewrite of the design section that would look like the Airbus A380's design section. 哦, 是吗?(User:O) 02:31, 01 December 2007 (GMT)

Ah, gotcha. I've no problem with the GE90 pic going back in after the rewrite! I look forward to seeing the rewrite. - BillCJ 02:40, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
