Random Redlinked Category in Article about Nazi Germany[edit]

There was a random redlinked category in Nazi Germany called "{Category: Evans}" that I had removed as possible vandalism. I have to ask how it isn't vandalism to put nonexistent categories at the starts of sentences in articles. Oberstein123 (talk) 22:09, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
